Michael E Britt II, 34, of Elmira NY, transitioned on December, 27, 2024, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Born on October 15, 1990, in Elmira, NY Michael was the son of Bessie Howard and Michael Britt Sr.

Michael is survived by his children, Jhamez, Michael, Kay'Annah, and Zayden Britt. Stepchildren Raiden, Darian, Zaidyn, Samson, Quinlin, Jenzyn, Judeayan & his fiance Angela Short. Nieces Nyasiah, Taaliyah, Jamiylah and nephew Travis Connell Jr. Sisters Tilima Howard and Shalamar Connell. Brother in law Travis Connell and his brother/cousin Cerdan Holmes with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.

Michael was well known around town. He loved to have a good time, party and was always good for a laugh. Very authentic, original, full of energy and life. He was entertaining, fun, loving and empathetic. He was very loyal to his family and friends. If you hung around Michael you would know he loved to rap/freestyle and cut jokes with his people. His eyes sparkled when he was genuinely happy and his smile was very contagious.

Family and friends are invited to visit Fredrick Douglass Memorial AME Zion Church, 400 Madison Ave., Elmira on Friday, January 10th from 12 to 1 pm. His funeral service will be held at 1 pm. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Woodlawn cemetery.

Michael will be deeply missed by his family and friends, but his legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched throughout his personal life.
