Obituary of Sabrina N. Brooks

BROOKS, Sabrina N. Age 41 of Elmira, NY. She was born October 7, 1972 in Elmira, daughter of the late John and Bertha (Haynes) Brooks and passed away Sunday, April 20, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Verna Jean Brooks. She is survived by her children Dwayne Edwards, Devonte Brooks and Dakari Massey; grandsons Allexander Edwards and Skyler Young; siblings Lucretia Brooks, Christopher Brooks, Omar Sconiers Brooks, Darren Brooks, Antoinette Brooks and John Brooks, Jr. along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; dear friends Debrah Wright and Kisha Lewis. Sabrina was employed in customer service at Walmart and formerly with UCP House and Headstart. Family and friends are invite to visit Faith Temple Community Church, Harper St., Elmira on Friday, April 25th from 12 to 1 pm. Her funeral service will be held at 1 pm. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
