Obituary of Willie Davis

DAVIS, Willie "Andre" Age 60 of Elmira, NY. Our loving brother went to be with the Lord on Saturday October 11th, 2104. Willie was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, son of the late Walter Solomon and Virginia Davis. Willie was predeceased by his brothers Howard and Ronald Davis. He is survived by his daughters; Natalie Gates, Miranda (Jeff) Benson, Andrea (Michael) Negron, his 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, sisters; Deborah (Carlton Sr.) Woods & Shamina Blandford, brother; Devaron (Melissa) Davis, along with a host of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Friends are invited to Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake Street at Washington Avenue, on Friday October 17th from 12 - 2PM. A Celebration service honoring Willie's life will follow immediately at 2 PM. Apostle Pastor Robert Smith will officiate. Interment at the convenience of the family.
