Obituary of James E. Moore

MOORE, James E. Age 80 of Elmira, NY. He was born November 5, 1933 in McRoberts, KY, son of the late James E., Sr. and Edna (Graham) Moore and passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was predeceased by his wife Mattie Mae Moore on April 9, 2009 and is survived by his brothers Irving and Curtis (Gertrude) Moore both of Milwaukee, WI, Lewis (Lillian) Moore; sister Pearl Moore both of Red Springs, NC along with a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews. James retired from Industrial Services in Elmira. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the I.B.P.O.E. of W. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Wednesday, October 29th from 3 to 4 pm. His funeral and committal services will follow at 4 pm. Elder Arthur Keith, Sr. will officiate. Interment will take place in Bath National Cemetery at the convenience of the family
