Obituary of Juliette R. Buffalin

BUFFALIN, Juliette R. Age 93 of Elmira, NY. She was born July 6, 1921 in Odessa, NY, daughter of the late Harvey and Josephine (Panquet) Holmes and passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at St. Joseph's Hospital, SNF. She was predeceased by her husband Eugene on June 25, 2011 and daughter Suzanne on July 16, 2011 and is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law Jacqueline and Michael Reinhart, Kathleen and Michael Milliron all of Elmira; son and daughter-in-law Robert and Norma Mallette of Rochester; grandchildren Kristin Reinhart of Syracuse, NY, Thomas Reinhart of Columbus, OH, Jason and Tyler Mallette both of Rochester, NY, Trisha Dunbar of Virginia Beach, VA and Cody Saetta of Rochester, NY; 3 great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews. Juliette was the last survivor of 3 brothers. She retired from Bendix. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Tuesday, January 13th from 11 am to 1 pm. Deacon George Welch will officiate. Her funeral service will begin at 1 pm. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may remember Juliette through donations to the Chemung County S.P.C.A., 2435 State Route 352, Elmira, NY 14903 or the Elmira Animal Shelter.
