Obituary of Norma E. Bloom

BLOOM, Norma E. (Morris) Age 87 of Elmira, NY. She was born December 18, 1927 in Elmira daughter of the late James M. and Rose M. (Hebbe) Morris and passed away Monday, February 23, 2015 at home. She was predeceased by her husband Robert J. Raniewicz, Sr. and son Joseph A. Raniewicz, VI. She is survived by her husband Ralph L. Bloom; son Robert (Jacqualine) Raniewicz, Jr. of Elmira; step daughters, Sherri Bloom of Elmira and Karen (Harold) Fitzsimmons of Catlin; grandchildren Brian M. (Cindy McMullen) Raniewicz of Arlington, VA; Tina M. White of Elmira, Angela M. (Mark) Fossaceca of Painted Post, Daniel J. Raniewicz of Elmira, Mark R. Raniewicz of Elmira, Joseph A. Raniewicz V of Tulsa, OK, Benjamin Raniewicz of Denver, CO; Amie Raniewicz of Denver, CO; Great Grandchildren Mackenzie McClure, Sierra McClure, Louis Fossececa, Joseph A. Raniewicz, VI, Madison Raniewicz, Michael Lynn Welch and Kenneth Stillwell along with several nieces and nephews. Norma was a communicant of St. Casimir's Church. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake Street at Washington Ave., Elmira on Thursday, February, 26th from 8:30 to 9:30 am. Prayers will be offered there at 9:30 am followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Casimir's Church. Rev. Scott Kubinski Celebrant. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Woodlawn National Cemetery, Elmira.
