Age 66, of Elmira, NY. He was born January 19, 1949 in Savannah, Georgia and passed away Saturday, February 21, 2015 at ELCOR Health Services. Leroy is survived by his son Leroy Russell Jr. of Elmira, NY; brother, Frank Russell of Syracuse, NY; and sister, Margaret Robinson of Savannah, GA. At the request of his family, private arrangements have been made.
