Obituary of Eric Eugene Blandford

BLANDFORD, Eric E. Age 43 of Freeville, NY. He was born October 19, 1971 in Ithaca, NY, the son of Richard Blandford and Carol Carpenter and passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2015 unexpectedly. He was predeceased by his father and twin brother Derek. Eric is survived by his wife Kelly (Putney) Blandford of Freeville; daughter Aaron of TN; sons Jordan of TN, Justin serving in the U.S. Army in Germany, Julian and Mason both of Freeville; grandchildren Aiyana, Kavari and Jamarcus; mother Carol Thomas of Elmira; several brothers and sisters including sister Dawn Draper of Rochester along with a host of nieces and nephews. Eric was a Sgt. In the U.S. Army serving for 10 years. He then worked an LPN. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Woodlawn National Cemetery.
