Obituary of Patrick K. Wojtyna

WOJTYNA, Patrick K. Age 55 of Elmira, NY. Pat slipped peacefully back into his parents' arms with Aunt Jean standing close by, on Thursday, October 8, 2015. He was born March 23, 1960 in Elmira to Joseph and Joan (LeMunyan) Wojtyna. He grew up with Sue (Wade Matthews and SaraBeth), Joseph Michael (Rosie), Tammy (Art Russell, Riley and Coledon) and Sherry (Steve Kimball, Miller, Miles and Ian). He graduated from E.F.A. and SUNY Buffalo. A professional chef and accomplished artist, the creations he held most dear were his children, Gabrielle and Nicholas. Pat touched many lives. Our hearts are broken, but he will remain in them forever. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Wednesday, October 14th from 6 to 8 pm. A brief memorial service will follow, and a Celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
