What more can I say to you all that has not already been said about Mr. Flaherty Sr. I feel like I have been so blessed to have had the privilege to have met such a kind hearted man. I can truly say from the bottom of my heart that Mr. Flaherty was genuine, humble, and caring. His promise (seed/Bruce Jr.) is living proof of that. May his legacy live on through his one and only son. I love you and you will be greatly missed. As for your survivors I wish that you all will never forget about all the love this man had for you. Like I said Mr Flaherty is an example of true biblical love (AGAPE)... May God bless you and your immediate family... "Always & Forever"

Jeanne, Bruce Jr and your family. I'm so sad to hear about this from way over here. I have such fond memories of you all over the years, from the time I was very little. And the warmth and love with which my mother always speaks of you says so much.
Love to you all.

I would like to add my condolences to Jeannie, "Bruce, the Younger" and wife, Amy. I met Bruce in 1987 when I first became the Director of Chemung Valley Multiple Sclerosis. He was a Godsend for helping me with the videotape, "Challenging a Crippler: The Myths and Facts About Multiple Sclerosis." Bruce was always there if I needed to talk, or if I just wanted to shoot the breeze, even years after I moved on. He was a man of character, gentleness and honesty. I feel the greatest honor in having known such a wonderful man. I will miss him.
