Obituary of Iona Y. Barnes

BARNES, Iona "Onie" Age 57 of Livingston Manor, NY, also lived her last years in Elmira, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 in her loving home. She was predeceased by her parents Iona and Rusty Barnes. She leaves behind her children and grandchildren Yvonne Grant (Faith, Destiny, Harley), Steven Barnes (Steven II, Eli, ET, Mircle, May, Messiah), Shawn Barnes (Shawn II(deceased), Bubba, Kaia), Aniece Clinton (Naliyah, Milania, Navaehia) also survived by brothers and sisters Richard Bank, Snook (Rudy) Sis (Larry), Diane (Danny), Buster (Karen), Wayne (Candy) along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family and friends are invited to visit Southside Alliance Church, 530 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira on Saturday, April 9th from 1 to 3 pm.
