Obituary of Andrea Jean Roman

ROMAN, Andrea J. "Gert" Age 59, of Elmira, NY. Andrea was born February 21, 1957 in Elmira, NY, daughter of the late Andrew and Patricia Ann (Evertts) Roman and passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, May 10th, 2016. In addition to her parents, Andrea was predeceased by her dear grandson, Graisen. She is survived by her daughter, Nicole (Corey); grandchildren, Maeve, A'mia, Neela, Omri, and Arysen; sisters, Ann F. (Hal) Sherwood, Julia (Mark) Yusko, Pat (Mike) Wheeler, Cathy (Mike) Wood, and Deb Roman; along with many nieces and nephews, and lots of loving special friends. Andrea had a loving and giving heart; she kept busy taking care of others and putting the needs of others before her own. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St., at Washington Ave., Elmira, on Saturday, May 14th from 1 to 4 pm. A memorial celebration for Andrea will be held at 4 pm. Pastor Mike Spencer of His Tabernacle will officiate.
