Obituary of Barbara M. Higgins

HIGGINS, Barbara M. Age 74, of Odessa, NY, passed away on December 13, 2016 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Debra (Ralph) Daugherty; grandchildren, Vickie (Alan) Steck, Doug (Cindy Stevenson) Daugherty and Corey (Amanda Reasor) Daugherty; great-grandchildren, Dylan Porter, Krista, Zachary & her constant companion Ryan Steck, Destiny, Hali & Austin Daugherty; brothers, Howard (Viola) Smith, Nelson (Carol) Smith and sisters Betty Stedge, Virginia Knickerbocker and Shirley (Harry) Hartman, along with several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Wednesday, Dec 21st from 3 to 4pm. A memorial service will follow at 4pm.
