Obituary of Nancy Richards

RICHARDS, Nancy R.

Age 69 of Big Flats, NY. She was born August 21, 1947 in Wood Lake, CA, daughter of the late George and Yvonne (Ruth) Keck and passed away Friday, June 16, 2017. She was predeceased by her son Michael Ryerson and stepsons Scott Allen Richards and Gerald Richards, Jr. Nancy is survived by her loving husband Gerald D. Richards, Sr; sons Guy (Lisa) Ryerson of Palm Springs, CA and Donald Ryerson of Seattle, WA; grandchildren Gavin and Makea Ryerson, Chad Richards, Jennifer and Joe, and Valerie; brother Dan (Kathie) Keck of Yakima, WA; sister-in-law Betty Ann (Ernie) Witter of FL and Jim Richards of Corning along with several nieces and nephews. Nancy was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Corning. She was employed for many years with Agway in Horseheads; Banfield Baker and Minier’s Grocery Store. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Saturday, June 24th from 2 to 4 pm. Her memorial service will follow at 4 pm. Rev. Troy Preston will officiate. Interment will take place in Rural Home Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
