Kevin, Julie & Tonia,
I have been at a loss for adequate words since learning of Maureen's illness and untimely passing but all of you have been very close in my thoughts & prayers. I am grateful for the blessings of knowing Maureen and being in your family's presence. We know that heaven gained another most special angel.

I came across this and it's so true: It takes a special person to be a good mom, but it takes an even more special person to be the mom of great children...you are both proof of your mother's great character and are a true reflection of her goodness and love for others especially family, friends, and those less fortunate. When you are struggling, close your eyes and touch your heart...that heartbeat is yours and your mom's. She is not gone, she is with you and may you always feel her near.
