Obituary of Merton T. Adams

ADAMS, Merton T. Age 73 of Elmira, NY. He was born March 12, 1944 in Cortland, NY, son of the late Horace and Lucy F. (Kennedy) Adams and passed away Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Leonard Adams and his sister Florence Ayers. He is survived by his son Justin A. Adams and fiancé Audrey Karau of St. James, MN, son Toby Merrill of Locke, NY, sister Linda Wilbur of Auburn, NY, and nieces Marleah Yerkes, Rebecca and husband Robert Plumley, and Jennifer Gromes. Merton served his country in the United States Army for several years. A private memorial will be held with full military honors and committal in Woodlawn National Cemetery, Elmira.
