Obituary of Theresa M. Moore

MOORE, Theresa M. Age 83 of Elmira Heights, NY. She was born February 9, 1929 in Elmira, daughter of the late Edward and Helen (Antes) Kole and passed away Thursday, January 24, 2013 unexpectedly at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She was predeceased by her first husband Charles (Red) Davis; son Lynn H. Davis; sister Rita Reevey and brother William Kole. She is survived by her husband Cornelius Moore; daughters Carol A. Rockwell of Elmira Heights and Sandra L. Kubler of Conway, SC; stepdaughter Sheryl A. Moore of Nashville, TN; 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren. Theresa was a communicant of St. Mary Our Mother Church. She was an avid bingo player, loved going to casinos and was a member of the Horseheads American Legion Auxiliary. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Sunday, January 27th from 1 to 3 pm. Her funeral and committal services will follow at 3 pm. Deacon Dan Hurley will officiate. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
