Obituary of Donna J. Horton

On September 25, 2018, Heaven gained a beautiful Angel. Donna J. Horton passed peacefully with her family by her side.

Donna was a loving, devoted mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She always tried to help others when she could. She had a great sense of humor and lived life as she saw fit.

Donna was predeceased by her parents William Sr. and Gloria (Fife) Dove; brothers William Jr. and Kenneth Dove and grandson Anthony Fair. She is survived by her siblings, Fred Dove, Gary (Nancy) Dove and Karen (Carl) Bohart-Dove; children, Paul (Terri) Horton Jr. and Dawn (Mike) Fair; grandchildren, Kenneth Fair, James M. Fair, Courtney and Ashley Horton; great-grandchildren, Gordon Parker, Jonathan Fair, Eva, Alyissa and Izzabeth Horton; several nieces, nephews and cousins as well as several great nieces and nephews and longtime friend Betty Robinson.

A celebration of Donna's life will be held at the American Legion, 316 Lake St., Elmira, NY on October 6, 2018 from 1 to 4 PM. Her family asks that you bring a dish to pass, any pictures and your wonderful memories.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
