It is with I heavy heart that I learned of Kens passing. We served together in San Juan. We reconnected after many years in 2014. He will be greatly missed. Heart of gold and the best of the best. Semper Fi.

This is sad news; I graduated with Ken class 69; we connected via Facebook after 40 years; he loved his cats and a peaceful home. Ken was a young man that always had a smile and a promise for good cheers in the high school years; we grew up in the era of Vietnam and the draft card 18 years of age; I went on a camping trip the summer of 69 Woodstock NY while other fellow class mates like Ken went to a war zone. I salute Mr… De Hass for his sacrifice and thank you for these memories. Moving on in our generation seems bitter-sweet…Maybe in another life there will be no trouble, no fight?
