Obituary of Isaiah R. Smith

Isaiah Ramon Smith, affectionately known as "Zeek" was born July 11, 1995 in Middletown, CT to Robert and Natasha Smith. Isaiah moved to Elmira in 2006 along with his parents and siblings. He attended Diven Elementary School, Ernie Davis Middle School and Elmira Free Academy. In 2015 Isaiah moved to Summerville, SC where he was employed at several restaurants such as Burger King, Taco Bell in Summerville and Zaxby's in North Charleston where he was promoted to manager. He also landed a management position at Metro PCS in Summerville. Isaiah leaves to cherish his memory his mother and father Natasha and Robert Smith; 5 siblings Robert Andrew Smith of Summerville, SC, Sierra Sherron Hart of Ladson, SC, Christian Jerod Smith of Elmira, Shain Alexander Smith of Elmira and Rebekah Leigh Smith of Elmira; his grandmother Mellie Mae Gelzer of Summerville, SC along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

His family openly invites you to the Homegoing Celebration of Isaiah on Saturday, December 1st at Shabach Tabernacle of Praise, 1133 Lake St., Elmira. Family and friends will gather from 10 to 11 am and his celebration service will begin at 11 am.
