STROUD, Carl D. Age 70 of Elmira, NY. He was born on August 5, 1948 in Brooklyn, NY and passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019. He was predeceased by his mother Annie Mae Stroud and son William Stroud. He is survived by his children Carl D. Stroud, Carl I, (Kelly) Stroud, James (Georgia) Stroud with their mother Robin Rifenburg; Alicia Stroud, Pat Sinsabaugh, Michael Shelly and Hope Baker.; 25 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; 1 great grandson; sisters Stephanie Walker of Brooklyn, NY, Mildred Moton of Queens, NY and Enid Concepcion of Brooklyn, NY; brothers Stephen Walker, Jr. of Queens, NY and Ronald Walker of New York, NY.
