Age 55 of Elmira, NY. He was born April 18, 1963 in Elmira, son of Guy and Jacqueline (Lowman) Hall and passed away Saturday, March 23, 2019 unexpectedly at home. He was predeceased by his mother Jacqueline and is survived by his father Guy Hall; siblings Tina, David, Jennifer, Julie, Becky, Mary Jo and Seth along with several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date, to be a later date.
