Obituary of Dennis P. Keach

KEACH, Dennis P. Age 64 of Elmira, NY. He was born April 14, 1948 in Corning, NY, son of the late Merle and Mary (Stamm) Keach and passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Deborah Keach Smith. Dennis is survived by his wife of 31 years, Mary (Sochacki); sons Andrew and Anthony all of Elmira; brothers Michael of Big Flats and Neal (Linda) of Plattsburgh, NY; brother-in-law TJ (Mary) Sochacki and sister-in-law Frances Sochacki both of Elmira along with several nieces and nephews and his beloved canine companions Jowee and Tekla. Dennis retired from the U.S. Postal Service; was a member of the Ukrainian Club and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. At his request, there will be no services. His remains will be placed in the Columbarium Wall at Woodlawn National Cemetery. Walter J. Kent Funeral Home is assisting the family.
