I’m saddened to hear about Jim Bob’s passing! I worked with Jim at Doug’s for so many years and have so many great memories with Jim. He would make a trip to Quick Fill to get something sweet to eat, and when I’d see him sneaking it, he would say ( don’t tell Dot!) I would laugh every time! He was such a joy to know and work with for all those years. He was just the kind of person who brought a smile to your face everyday. I just loved him! He was so sweet to come to my going away party 2 years ago when I moved to Florida. And the picture of him and I, I will cherish forever! Rest In Peace Jim Bob!

I will always remember Jim Bob as we so fondly called him! I worked with Jim Bob at Doug's for many years...He would come to work and immediately take our orders for coffee, soda.Always taking care of us "Girls"...He was always good for his quick wit it would come out of no where and crack us up!! Working with 13 girls the talk could get a little salty,we didn't think he'd be even paying attention to us,he'd come out with a good one and make us laugh with his wit and charm!!! He was a gentle sweet soul inside and out!!! He definitely has apiece of my heart with him!!! He is back with his love Dot!! Rest in peace Jim Bob!!

I remember all the fishing trips we would go on with my brothers Mike and Kevin and the time a few years ago when dad and I went on a father son trip to Atlantic City. the best times were when I would go to Elmira go out to dinner with Dad, Kevin, Kim and Dot then we would go to Kevin's to have cocktails watch movies and just talk. Not sure how many of the movies Dad saw because he would always fall asleep during them. After Dad and i would go home and stay up and reminisce a little more. I will miss those special times and wish I had done more often. I love you Dad and will think of you often.
