Jeff and I served in the Philippines together back in the early 80's. Jeff was one of the first people I met in the USAF and he became a great friend to me. Rest in Peace my old friend, we'll share a San Miguel again and laugh about the things we did. I won't say goodbye, but instead I'll say "mamayat".
