Obituary of Jeffrey W. Beemer

Jeffrey W. Beemer Age 61 of East Smithfield, PA. Jeff was born January 25, 1962 in Elmira, NY, the son of the late Charles F. and Betty E. (Walton-Field) Beemer. He was surrounded by his family during the last weeks of his life, and was greeting in Heaven on Sunday morning, December 17th 2023. He is survived by his siblings Michelle (Randy) Vargason, Michael (Stacey) Beemer; Susie Beemer, Stacey Beemer, Beckey (Rodney) Stanfield, Dodie (Michael) Adams, and Stephanie (Mark) Delano; step-mother Pat Beemer; step-father William Field; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends. Jeff served in the U.S. Air Force from 1981 to 1985. After his time in the Service, he transitioned to a 40 year career with Jen-Weld, in Towanda, PA. A man known for his sarcasm, Jeff enjoyed hunting and fishing, loved Harley Davidsons, and was an avid fan of the Baltimore Orioles. Family and friends are invited to visit Mt Pisgah Wesleyan Church, 6346 Berwick Turnpike, Columbia Cross Roads, PA 16914, on Friday, December 22nd 2023 from 10:30am to 11:00 am. Jeff's memorial remembrance service will begin at 11 am. He will be laid to rest in a private service with military honors at Woodlawn National Cemetery, in Elmira, NY.
