John,
I will never forget all of the great times we had together
Whether it was having so much fun in the old neighborhood
When we were kids or in highschool having so much fun around
The whole city. I will never forget the fishing in all of the trout streams.
And I will never ever forget the "Adirondack fishing trip" with you, me, Jim and
Dan in the Winnabago! What a great trip ( no fish but a great trip). Or the
Special runs I made for you and Ozzy in Mansfield back in the day. So many
Great fun times together you will be missed. RIP brother. See ya when I see ya.
Love Dennis

Uncle John was a very energetic man that brought charisma to every situation. When he wasn't making me laugh/smile, he was making me think. I'm a better man for having known him and he will always be remembered.

Katie, Trevor, Kim, Dennis, Danny, Harry and Meg. I was so sorry to hear about John. He was such a good, kind hearted man with much love for his children and grandchildren. I have so many memories of John growing up next door and some of the funny things he did, especially when getting ready for school. He always had Polly and I laughing and in stitches (quite a character ) he will be missed but never forgotten. Love you John you have a special place in my heart. â¤ï¸

Uncle John,
I'll remember so many things! First and foremost, my lifelong best friends Trevor and Katie. The path down Schuyler Ave. between our houses growing up. Driving my parents crazy on Christmas Eve wondering when you guys were going to get there. The cookouts, the parties just because, the camping, the fishing trips, the waiting for you guys to get back from hunting (where I'd always ask if you CAUGHT a deer, and you guys would correct me that you didn't catch any, but you KILLED one). Nobody grew up with a more fun set of aunts and uncles. The stories will live on.
Love,
Kevin

We will always remember the good ol' days. Lots of fun family gatherings, and the Brothers-in-law camping trips, along with the fishing trips with the kids. John loved to hunt and fish and he was always ready to drop everything if someone was up for going.
John was the kind of guy who was sincere and would help out anyone in need. He so loved his kids. He had a great sense of humor and loved laughing as much as he loved making others laugh.
Even though his last few years weren't the easiest, John was always available to help his kids out. He gave everything he had to make sure he supported their needs.
We hope you are resting peacefully, John.
Love,
Kathy and Jim

Hi dad! Just wanted to tell you how much you are loved & missed! I pray you are comfortable & playing in heaven with your grandbabies & other family & friends. I couldn't have asked for a better father. You coached me in all of my sports, you taught me everything I know. I miss going on our hunting, fishing & camping trips. You taught me SO much about life & the simple things & how to appreciate nature. Your grandbabies Avez & Easy cherished you! You are the apple to their eye. We will always cherish you amd think of you every single day! Until we meet again dad. Rest in pease. Love you so much
